By registering for, accessing, or attending the NSA TradeShow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our platform.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Badges are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or duplicating a badge may result in revocation of access without refund.

Vendor and team badges must be used only by the individuals to whom they are assigned.

All attendees, vendors, and speakers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their booth information, the conduct of their team members, and compliance with all venue and safety regulations. Lead and badge-scan data must be used only for legitimate business follow-up.

All content on this platform — including logos, text, graphics, and the NSA TradeShow brand — is the property of the National Supermarket Association or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The NSA TradeShow is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event or use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule, and to update these terms at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by the registration policy communicated at the time of purchase.
